Invisible Permission | An Exercise in Radical Listening

An Exhibition of Scents and Psyche by Catherine Haley Epstein

In the fourth installation of her work on the myth of Psyche, Catherine Haley Epstein will share a multi-media presentation of the task of finding the golden fleece. In this task Psyche must retrieve the golden fleece from the battling rams. Daunted by the task, at night she sits amongst the water reeds only to listen to their advice on how to retrieve the fleece peacefully. The task serves as a symbol to find your own rhythm in the world, trusting and honoring your own unique cadence in the chaos of life.

The artist will have programming for the public in conjunction with the exhibit.
